Local realtors and internal employees got the chance to go on an all inclusive resort vacation when they sold Drees Homes plus the opportunity to bring guests.

A motivational “To do list” tumbler was sourced and created then distributed when realtors achieved their first sale. Outlining the promotional period, and highlighting available prizes this asset also served as a communication tool.

To generate buzz a larger gift was delivered to realtor’s office upon qualification. Featuring a custom balloon, dry bag, flip flop key chain, selfie light, beach ball and sunscreen set.

Routinely ran reports tracking realtor and market manager sales for each division. Prepared a monthly summary for the executive team. Kept record of which gifts had been sent out and updated address in system upon return to sender. Coordinated distribution and packaging on the local level.
